When's the next Beefs gig?

Can I use a song by The Beefs in my work or project?

Thanks for the interest and we're always keen to be involved with like-minded people or projects. Our songs have been licensed in commercial and smaller projects too.

When will my order arrive?

We do our best to post orders orders ASAP and they are usually sent out within 3 working days and posted in regular Australia Post satchels. International postage costs vary and will be based on weight and country.

Please note that we will only post during weekdays - if purchased on a weekend please factor these timings into delivery. If you have any further questions please contact Sammy sammy@thebeefs.com.au

Do I pay import duties/fees on an order outside of Australia?

Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees, which are levied when your order arrives in your country.

As a resident of your country you may be responsible for covering these fees.

Is it safe to purchase through your store?

The Beefs store uses Shopify Payments to process all credit card transactions. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and this compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify.

Will you be re-stocking merch?

We do our best to re-stock popular merch, however, due to the limited edition and made-to-order nature of some of our products, this is not always possible.

I have an issue with my order

Sorry to hear that - if you would like to return your order please read the info below. If it's regarding something else you can contact Sammy sammy@thebeefs.com.au

If you would like to return your order it must be returned within 14 days. Once received we will happily provide online credit. However, the return shipping of the item and the additional re-shipping of newly purchased item is at the customer's expense.

Returned items must NOT be WORN, ALTERED, DAMAGED or WASHED and in original condition. The Beefs do NOT offer online credit on products if you simply change your mind. We only offer credit where a manufacturing fault is present.

We will gladly exchange the goods for another size or product to the same value if the goods are in original condition.
